What Youll Be Working On

Providing comprehensive eye exams and personalized patient care
Diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, including glaucoma, cataracts, and retinal disease
Fitting and managing specialty contact lenses
Delivering vision therapy and sports vision services
Managing dry eye conditions, including amniotic membrane treatments
Collaborating with trained staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient experiences
Contributing to a positive, professional, and patient-focused practice culture

Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Indiana
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Comfort working with modern technology and clinical tools
