What You'll Be Working On

• Full-Scope Surgical Care: Perform advanced anterior segment surgeries (including high-volume premium cataract procedures) alongside medical retina management.
• Clinical Autonomy: Diagnose, manage, and treat complex ocular diseases, optimizing patient outcomes using our turnkey diagnostic infrastructure.
• Inherit a Busy Pipeline: Step into an immediate, highly lucrative patient base with a seamless referral network already in place.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work alongside an experienced, highly trained team of optometric clinicians, technicians, and specialized scribes.
• Partnership Preparation: Collaborate directly with practice leadership to integrate into the business operations as you progress along the partnership track.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited program, having completed an approved Ophthalmology residency.
• Specialization: A strong background, fellowship training, or deep clinical focus in medical retina is highly preferred.
• Licensure: Board-certified or board-eligible, with the ability to obtain or maintain unrestricted medical licensure in the practicing state.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial, relationship-driven mindset focused on clinical excellence, patient education, and a desire for future practice ownership.
