What Youll Be Working On
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide variety of small companion animal cases
Educating clients and staff on treatment recommendations and care options
Maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment
Guiding, utilizing, and mentoring a skilled support staff team

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Virginia
Minimum of two years of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Routine surgical and dental experience required
Ultrasound experience preferred
Experience in emergency medicine and/or acupuncture is a plus
Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner is a plus
Highly motivated with an interest in leadership and mentorship
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment
