I want them to care about patients, ok to cyclo children, and be open to myopia management and comprehensive eye care. We are inside the Chico Costco, 2 exam lanes, truly amazing staff who pre-test patients for the doctor, does CL training. We do require Optos on everyone and we are getting a firefly slitlamp within a few weeks! We can talk about bringing in specialty if candidate wants to and more but we can also just stay with comprehensive general eye care.
